To make training even more flexible and cost effective, LiveOne live online training has introduced the ePass.
What is the ePass?
- Allows you to purchase live online training in blocks of hours
- Can be used by anyone in your firm/organisation
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for any LiveOne live online training session. *
* Available only for live online training - cannot be used with face to face training or any other products or tools offered by the Institute.
How do I purchase an ePass?
Purchase online through the Chartered Accountants LiveOne live online training website.
Why would I buy an ePass?
- Cost Effective - the more hours you buy the more you save!
- Flexible - anyone in your firm can use the hours
- Easy to manage & use - all hours and users are tracked, so you always know how many hours have been used, who has used them and what sessions they have been used for.
Do I have to purchase an ePass?
No you don't - you can continue to purchase single sessions.
Some useful information:
Before you buy an ePass.
- If purchasing for firm-wide use, nominate an ePass administrator - a person in your office to be in charge of the ePass
- If purchasing for individual use, you will be the ePass administrator.
- Go to the ePass section of the Chartered Accountants LiveOne live online training website
- Select how many hours you wish to purchase
- Go through the ePass purchase system - where you nominate the ePass administrator
- Once the ePass purchase is complete - the administrator will receive an email confirming purchase and an ePass code
Using the ePass.
- Go to the Chartered Accountants LiveOne live online training calendar
- Select the LiveOne live online training session you wish to attend
- Click on the register now button for that session
- Follow the registration process
- Toward the end of the process you will be asked to enter your ePass/promotional code
- Enter the code
- Complete the registration process
- You will receive an email confirming your registration to that session and a link to be able to login to the session on the day
ePass Administrator information
As the ePass administrator you will be provided with a password to access the details of your ePass at any time. Here you can:
- View all associated CPE/CPD hours
- View all ePass details (use, hours remaining, re-charge history)
- View subscription details (such as monthly tax update) if applicable
