This presentation will cover

  • The ten NES;
  • How an employer can determine which modern awards apply to them;
  • The compliance options available to employers;
  • The consequences of non-compliance with the NES and Modern Awards, including dealing with the Fair Work Ombudsman and orders for back pay and penalties.
