The provisions of the PPSA are revolutionary in terms and will significantly alter legal title over personal property. Every area of business will be affected. In particular suppliers, sellers and distributors of goods by way of sale or consignment need to take immediate action. Similarly hirers/lessors of plant and equipment and motor vehicles are immediately affected.
