Session overview
This event will explain the ASIC FoFA guidance papers released on best interest and scaled advice. The FPA will explore with delegates whether the guidance papers work in practice by using examples and engaging in an interactive Q&A session. Feedback from the delegates will be used to inform the FPA’s submission response to the guidance papers.
