This session shows you how to ask the key questions that unlock the answers. It includes the latest developments on the Reduced Disclosure Requirements, company reporting and special purpose financial statements.

Nick Tindley
The Fair Work Act commenced on 1 January 2010, but many are still struggling to come to terms with the way the Act has changed minimum conditions of employment. With regulators moving from education to enforcement, it is absolutely vital that employers ensure they are meeting their obligations to their employees. This session will step participants through all aspects of the safety net entitlements created by the Fair Work Act, as well as the requirements for keeping employee records.
