Part 1 is an introduction to board committees and covers the basics of forming a board committee.

Part 3 – Board Committees – Performance for excellence

Part 3 analyses board committees, discussing effective ways to deal with everyday logistics and challenges that can lead to an elevated committee performance

  • How to run a committee well using tools such as team building, meetings and minutes
  • What to do when things go wrong and when to disband
