The Not-for-profit Governance and Performance study, now in its eighth year, examines the critical issues facing Australia?s not-for-profit (NFP) sector.
The study, conducted through both an on-line survey and focus groups held across Australia, highlights not just the governance challenges facing this very diverse sector, but also explores some of the opportunities available to organisations during a time of massive change.
Themes from previous years have included financial sustainability, measuring performance and relationship with Government.
This year the study will focus on the:
  • Relationship between organisational culture and performance
  • Approach that NFP directors take to managing risk
  • Role of reserves in financial strength
  • Importance of reputational management
Join us to explore the areas impacting the sector in 2017 and what the implications may be for your organisation.
